1. Affiliate Eligibility

We reserve the right to reject any application if we believe the affiliate’s website or promotional methods do not align with our brand values or ethics.

2. Commission Structure

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on qualifying sales made through their referral links.

Cookies Duration: Cookies have a 14-day duration. This means if a customer completes a purchase within 14 days of clicking your referral link, the sale will be credited to you.

Last Affiliate Credited: If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the most recent affiliate link clicked will be credited for the sale.

3. Minimum Payout Requirement

Minimum Payout: Affiliates must accumulate at least $20 in commissions before they are eligible for a payout.

Payment Schedule: Payouts will be issued on a monthly basis to affiliates who meet the minimum payout requirement.

Payment Method: Payouts will be made through the payment method selected during the affiliate registration process.

4. Order Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Grace Period: Customers may request refunds within a 14-day grace period from the date of purchase.

Impact on Commissions: Commissions will not be paid on any orders that are canceled or refunded. If a commission has already been paid on a refunded or canceled order, Cheerful Bliss reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from future payouts.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use misleading or fraudulent methods to generate referrals.

Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote Cheerful Bliss.

Engage in paid search or other bidding on Cheerful Bliss’s brand name or keywords related to CheerfulBliss.com.

Use referral links for personal purchases.

6. Termination and Amendment

Termination: Cheerful Bliss reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program if any violation of these terms is identified.

Amendments: Cheerful Bliss reserves the right to amend or modify the terms of this Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Liability Limitation

Cheerful Bliss shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue or commissions due to tracking errors or technical failures.
